Samples of electronic components have long and firmly entered our lives. You can order almost any component and test it. But here an interesting phenomenon arises. For some reason most of the participants I spoke with believe that this should only be done by the manufacturer itself. Namely, they, as distributors, should not provide samples to customers. As one marketing director told me: “I don’t know how to order samples at all!” Another one told me the following: “So we will promote our brand, and where are the guarantees that we will deliver these products to the customer?” The third one said that they are not engaged in marketing and promotion at all, they have a point (project) work. The fourth one said that they generally don’t have a marketing budget.
Each of them has the right to respond in this way. The company’s development strategy is determined by the owner. Everyone has different strategies. BUT for me as a manager who works in the field of creating mass demand for a brand, sales channels and supplies, it is very difficult to understand such answers, so I just take them for granted. In the last year my work does not involve proving my case, I only show the bottlenecks and ways to solve them, then each manager or owner decides for himself what is best for him.
The relationship between a manufacturer and a distributor is an interesting thing and worthy of a whole study, but how do manufacturers choose distributors whose strategy does not include the question of creating mass demand?

As part of my website I had the idea to make and sell sample kits adapted to our market. For 15 years I have made more than a dozen relevant kits for the brands that I promoted in Russia. What you need is only electronic components in Russia.
I am engaged in the compilation and formation of sets, as well as manufacturing, storing, advertising and selling.

The key condition is that I work only with those brands, companies or manufacturers that will provide the product, understanding that marketing is not just about giving an advertising module, going to the customer, it is much more, namely everything that leads to the creation of mass demand.
